Been here a few times for the breakfast. Food is always piping hot and freshly made. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but it's worth it. Good value for money and the staff are friendly

Linzi and Micks place is situated on Freeman street in Grimsby and has relocated to the former Olive tree premises. It's a reasonably sized cafe, clean and nicely decorated with a bright modern look, a table and chair layout plus a couple of comfortable sofas. The counter service and table service which is provided is provided by friendly staff. The wheelchair access is reasonable and it has a restroom. The menu is quite extensive, which includes breakfasts, light bites, main meals and desserts, eat in takeaway or delivery, food can also be ordered online. There's a children's menu and a nice selection of home baked cakes on offer plus a good range of beverages which includes some beers. Credit cards are accepted here. Food hygiene rating of 4 Food review October 2021. I ordered a large bacon bun to takeaway today, I received a soft fresh white floured bun with three slices of bacon which was good value for the price of £2.70. Update December 2021. Open as usual today, when most other cafes in the area were closed, I ate in today and opted for a large size breakfast and a mug of tea, it arrived after a short wait and comprised of two rashers of bacon, two eggs, two sausages, mushrooms, baked beans, tomatoes and two slices of buttered toast. The food was good as were the portion sizes, the service was very friendly and prompt. It's a nice clean, warm and comfortable place place to eat. I paid a total of £7.00 for my meal and tea. They have a 4 food hygiene rating. Food review September 2022. I popped in for lunch today, I ordered a large roast pork lunch, a really enjoyable meal, a generous amount of nicely roasted pork, buttery mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, peas, green beans, fresh carrots, broccoli and a couple of Yorkshire puddings, nicely prepared and delicious. I paid £7.00 for my meal and a further £1 for a mug of tea.

Had a small all day breakfast and a cup of tea for £6. Sausages weren't the best, but can't complain for the low price. Cozy place with great decoration and doesn't smell of grease like some places :)
